If your device is not showing the correct version you should update the Batch Program.
This can be done form any place that Lookup Files can be uploaded
Load Collector 1.0 displays the Version that is available, clicking this will provide options for Batch Program or Batch (SD) Program,click the appropriate Program to continue and follow the instructions
* (SD) requires a memory card installed on the Collector providing more storage space but slower uploads and downloads
When finished your devices main menu should show the same version, contact support if you have any issues.
