Use this program to compare two accounts receivable balance dates and amounts with actual increases and decreases via invoices and payments.
Enter the first accounts receivable balance date in the starting date field. .
Enter the second Accounts Receivable balance date in the ending date field.
Click on the calculate balance button.
This function will gather all invoices and payments ( debits and credits) that are in Accounts Receivable between the two date ranges.
The left column displays what is in Accounts Receivable
The middle column displays what should have gone to Accounts Receivable from order, credits, or work orders. This is also what exports to accounting software
The difference column shows any differences.
(note - balance forward entries will cause differences, as balance forward entries are designed to affect A/R but not export to accounting software.)
