SendLogs

From time to time you maybe asked by a support agent to send your logs to support or you may encounter issues with in FocalPoint where it might be useful to send your logs in, when these are sent in the are reviewed by the development team to assist tracking down the problem.

When you do so please provide your contact information in case the developer has questions related to it along with the steps to reproduce the issue as this information is very helpful in recreating your concern.
