The Customer Relations menu item in FocalPoint is an add-on module that is available at an additional cost. please contact Visum sales, 763.244.8050 ext 1 for pricing and additional information about this functionality that is not covered in this help file topic.
Before attempting to use any customer relations functionality, please go to the user file, C-6 from the main menu, and double-click on users that are related to salespeople.
The customer relations area consists of seven different areas:
•A Dashboard that allows you to monitor callbacks, appointments, tasks, new customers, salesperson photos, and call notes
•A link to the customer file, which, when accessed, is just like going to 6-2 from the main menu
•An extended calendar, which will reflect the same information that is on the dashboard calendar, but allow you to see enhanced views
•A call back list along you see seven days of callbacks at a time
•A task list allow you to see all tasks, and print a list of tasks
•An availability screen to allow you to quickly check inventory availability for a day or date range
•Quick access to the new front counter order creation screen
