This file contains all of the zip codes available from the US Postal Service.  When adding customers, jobsites, vendors, and other records that require addresses, the zip codes from this file are available for selection.

 

When you first enter this function, you will be presented with a list screen where you can use the search filtering criteria in the lower left-hand area of the screen to narrow down your search.

 

While is it not often that this file would need to be modified, you may double click on any entry in the list screen to access and modify a zip code record.  Upon double clicking on a zip code record, the following fields are available for modification.  You may also add a zip code as needed by clicking on the "Add New Zip Code" button.
