The online Visum support site has been designed for you to access release documentation, help files, Enhancement Requests, and other helpful documentation related to FocalPoint support.

 

To access the support site, go to http://support.visum-corp.com or use the link in the “Visum Support Site” section of the help file. Once you have reached the Visum Support Site, click on Log In in the upper right corner of the Visum support site login screen.  You will be prompted for a user name and password, which is typically provided to you in the "Welcome to the Visum Family" email you receive after you purchase FocalPoint Software. Enhancements

Monitor, add, and edit your own enhancements. When adding an enhancement, be sure to fill in all required fields designated with a red asterisk. If this is an enhancement that you’re willing to pay for, check the “Willing to Pay” so that we know if you like to receive a quote (should we be able to make one available). Decisions to change FocalPoint Software are prioritized in correlation to the number of customers Visum perceives will benefit from the enhancement, number of customers that have requested an enhancement, and how much the enhancement will contribute to the future growth of Visum and FocalPoint Software.

 

Release documentation

Documentation is broken into primary areas of releases, builds, and hot-patches. The primary release documentation will outline major enhancements to a new version. Build documentation will show all issue resolutions and enhancements in the particular build. Hot patches, which are new to FocalPoint, will show any issue resolutions available for the current build that you are on. Be sure to check here often to see the latest information on the most current version of FocalPoint software.
