This file allows you to set up price change codes that can be used within order processing whenever prices are changed. Please watch this short video on Price Change Codes:

 

 

At the point you change prices, you can select a reason "why" the price was changed from a select list of reasons (which are set up in this file). This informaiton can be useful for future store management decisions. For example, if one of your reasons for lowering a price was because you were substituting a larger machine for a smaller one which you do not stock, it may be helpful for the store manager to know that there is a demand for a smaller machine.
