Is this screen to keep track of how much money you have on open orders. This screen is especially helpful if you are exporting financial data to a third party accounting software package. When you export this financial data, FocalPoint maintains a "money on open orders account" of your choice, and you should be able to compare the information on this screen with the appropriate general ledger account in your third-party accounting software package.
