Multi Store Monthly Billings, Reports and Logos

 

In a multi store environment, to control logos and printer assignment for monthly billings, reports and logos:

 

•Load each store's logo on the PC that will be generating the reports/monthly bills

•Make sure appropriate printers are set up.

 

When setting up for nightly reports and monthly billing you will be prompted to run for all stores else current store logged in as (YES/NO)

•If yes, when command is created, puts a 0 in parameter in cmd line

•If no, current store your logged in as, puts in command line.

 

If yes (all stores) overnight, loops through all stores, otherwise only does 1 location. SO, you can set up nightly reports and billing on multiple PC's or you can set it up all on one PC (for all stores) but make sure that that server can print to remote printers.

 

Click on "Add Nightly" button in terminal file to set up additional nightly terminals

If cmd line is 0 (all stores), and you do not set up a nightly terminal for each location, then all reports will print to the "nightly" terminal for any missing nightly terminals.

 

For cmd line is 0 (all stores) if you want printing to happen at multiple locations, set up multiple nightly terminals. You can only have one nightly terminal per store.
