FocalPoint Software will work in an RDP environment once the following has been completed:

•RDP or FocalPoint Anywhere has been successfully implemented and installed.

•Printers are functional in your RDP/TSPlus environment.

•FocalPoint Remote Device Manager (RDM) Licensing has been purchased and installed as needed.
