Use the e-mail allowed to monitor the status of e-mails sent out of FocalPoint.

 

The two fields on the right side of the screen labeled result and error will be your best indicators as to whether or not an e-mail successfully left your PC. If the result check box is checked, the e-mail was successful. if the result check box is not checked, and the error column has a capital A, then click on the capital A. All of the text will be highlighted for you. Right-click on any of the text and then left click on copy. If you wish to have Visum try to interpret the error message for you, paste this text into an e-mail and send it to support@Visum-Corp.com.
