The calendar in the customer relations section is an expanded view of the dashboard appointments.

 

 

You can use any of the tools on this calendar screen to navigate through days, workweeks, weeks, or four months. You can also print calendar schedules from here.

 

Similar to the appointments section of the dashboard, you may right-click anywhere in these areas to perform the following actions:

•Create a new appointment

•Create a new all day event

•Create a new recurring appointment

•Create a new recurring all day event
